1/12/24-1/13/24

1/12/24 Left Spanish Cay early and the sun finally came out. We enjoyed a nice calm sail to Great Sale Cay. Our first completely uninhabited island was neat. We rode to shore and walked along the beach for a while. Not much to see so we came back to the boat. Flew the drone for a bit and all enjoyed a rest and some reading. We gilled the rest of our Mahi and some shrimp for tacos for dinner. It was a great day.

1/13/24 Pulled up anchor at Great Sale Cay and headed for West End. Seas were choppy and wind was variable. We made it through the day and came off the bank to come into West End. Things got really sporty with breakers and rollers as we came into the marina. We fought some winds to get on the fuel dock and fuel up. Then we continued to fight the wind to get on the dock, luckily some fellow sailors came to catch some lines for us. We made it on the dock and settled in. We enjoyed dinner at the marina.
